Ratification Vote Starts May 16, Ends May 31 – Let’s Do This!

Now that our Bargaining Team has reached a Tentative Agreement with LAUSD, it's time for the membership to decide whether they want to ratify it and make it the official 2017-2020 contract. Voting begins tomorrow and will end May 31. SEIU Local 99 staff and member leaders will be holding voting at 155 work sites throughout LAUSD. Members can also vote online. Now is also the time to know and understand the agreement terms, and what it means for you and your co-workers. See more for the full language of the agreement.

Results Are In: Membership Gives Bargaining Team Authority to Call For Strike

Over the past few weeks, SEIU Local 99 members took action like never before. Thousands and thousands cast their ballots at the union office, online, and at over 700 work sites – including schools, bus yards, early ed centers, special education centers, nutrition centers, other work sites. Tentative Agreement Reached on Healthcare Benefits: Time to Vote
